糖尿病胃轻瘫中西医结合诊治观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药健脾益气结合西药治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫临床疗效。方法将68例糖尿病胃轻瘫患者随机分为治疗组与对照组。33例对照组予多潘立酮片治疗,35例治疗组在西药治疗的基础上加中药健脾益气治疗,治疗4周。结果治疗组在临床疗效和胃排空总有效率明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫疗效优于单纯西药。ObJect ire To observe the curative effect of Chinese medicines Recruit spleen and gas and Western medicine combined on diabetic gastroparasis. Methods 68 cases of patients with diabetic gastroparasis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. 33 cases was given domperidone Tablets, and 35 cases was given Chinese medicines and domperidone Tablets, The courses were both four week. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was distinct better than that of the controlgroup in The clinical effect and gastric emptying （P〈0. 05）, Conclusion Combination of TCM and WM is better than only WM in treating diabetic gastroparasis.
