摘　　要：目的观察“通下法”在治疗胃痛时的临床疗效。方法在辨证施治的基础上,加用通腑之品“大黄”,收集门诊病例331例进行临床观察分析。结果在基础方中加入大黄治疗各种胃痛的疗效显著,有效率高。结论在大黄治疗胃痛的观察中发现了在治疗胃肠疾病时,通腑的重要性。Objeetive To investigate the clinical efficacy of ＂purgation therapy＂ in the treatment of stomachache. Method Adding fu-unblocking therapy product-rhubarb in the basis of differential treatment, 331 cases of out-patient were collected to clinical observed and analyzed. Resu It The efficacy is significant when we used the basic prescription adding rhubarb to treat a variety of stomachache. Cone I us i on We discovered the important of fu-unblocking therapy in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases by investigating the treatment of stomachache use rhubarb.
