北京奥运科技集群创新特征与系统循环研究

摘　　要：2008年北京奥运成功兑现了"绿色奥运、科技奥运、人文奥运"理念的承诺,极大地展现了奥运科技集群创新对奥运的独特魅力.文章在探讨奥运科技集群创新特征的基础上,分析了奥运科技集群创新系统循环的规律,指出了奥运活动的周期性决定了奥运科技集群创新的周期性;北京奥运科技集群创新将经历一个从社会科技集群创新向奥运科技集群创新转化,再由奥运科技集群创新向社会经济扩散的循环过程;随着北京"后奥运效应"的积极影响,奥运科技集群创新将扩散、外溢渗透到我国社会经济服务的各个方面.2008 Beijing Olympic Games succeeded have cashed ＂Green Olympics, technical Olympic Games, humanities Olympic Games＂ the idea pledge, has unfolded the Olympic Games science and technology colony innovation enormously to Olympic Games＇ unique charm.
