摘　　要：文章在分析了两岸金融合作现状后,认为在全球金融危机的冲击和大三通的机遇面前,海峡两岸金融合作更需加强,并提出两岸金融合作的制度框架,为合作制定了法律依据和制度保障提供参考。文章具体阐述未来两岸合作的发展路径,为两岸金融的合作和共同发展提出相关政策建议。Confront with the shock of the global financial crisis and the opportunitis of the Three-Direct-Links across the Taiwan Straits, the cross-strait financial cooperation must be strengthened further. In the face of new international situation and historical opportunity, this paper analyzes the status quo of cross-strait financial cooperation, furthermore puts forward the institutional framework which makes reference to the cooperation and specifically demonstrates on the future developmental path of cooperation, which make the policy recommendations for the cross-strait financial cooperation and common development.
