摘　　要：北杜伊斯堡公园是德国鲁尔工业区最引人注目的公园之一,在景观改造与经营中,成功地进行了功能转变和适应性再利用,做到了场所性、生态性、经济性三者的统一。其中的一些设计原则与经营策略对于我国现阶段工业遗迹的改造与经营有着一定借鉴意义。North Duis Castle Park is one of the most attractive parks in Luier industrial area in Germany. It successfully transformed its functions and reused its adaptabilities in the course of reconstructing and managing landscapes. It unified situation, ecology with economy. Some design principles and management strategies have certain reference effect on the reconstructions and managements of Chinese industrial relics at present
