中药加味葶苈大枣泻肺胶囊对兔肺挫伤的治疗作用

摘　　要：目的：观察中药加味葶苈大枣泻肺胶囊对急性肺挫伤的治疗作用．方法：通过特制多功能撞击台撞击兔右侧胸部，建立兔肺挫伤模型，并观察中药对急性肺挫伤病理生理变化的影响．所用动物24只新西兰纯种兔随机分为模型、模型加治疗和正常对照3组，每组8只．治疗组将中药胶囊中粉粒按时经胃管注入．结果：治疗组与模型组比较呼吸频率，BALF白蛋白含量、肺W／D比值明显降低（P<0．05），而动脉血氧含量明显增高（P<O．01）．结论：实验证实加味葶苈大枣泻肺胶囊对创伤所致的兔肺间质及肺泡内的水肿有明显的消除作用，并可减少蛋白漏出，提高血氧含量，为急性肺挫伤的中医治疗提供了一个新的手段．Aim: To observe the effects of traditional Chi-nese drug: Additional tingli dazao xiefei capsulae on acutelung contusion of rabbit. Methods: A rabbit model of pul-monary contusion was established with the impact or andthe pathophysiologic changes were observed before and afterthe treatment. Twenty-four New Zealand white rabbitswere divided into three groups (Group A, B and C): pul-monary contusion group (n = 8 ), pulmonary contusion withthe treatment group (n = 8) and normal contral group (n =8). The capsulae were fed by the gastric tube for the rab-bits of Group B. Results: Group B showed decreased respi-ratory frequency,albumin of the BALF and pulmonary wet/dry rate (P < 0. 05 ) and higher blood oxygen content (P <0. 05 ) compared with Group A. Conclusion: Additionaltingli dazao xiefei capsulae play important roles in removingedema in pulmonary interstitial and alveolar caused by pulmonary contusion and decreasing transudation of albumin. Itcan improve the oxygen content of the blood and it providesa new method for the acute lung contusion.
