柴葛颗粒剂对小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的：研究柴葛颗粒剂对小鼠免疫功能的影响．方法：巨噬细胞吞噬百分率和吞噬指数镜检计数；免疫器官重量的测定；淋巴细胞E花结形成的测定；分泌细胞溶血空斑QHS法测定；分光光度法测定血清溶血素IgG，IgM含量.结果：柴葛颗粒三个剂量都能增加小鼠吞噬细胞的吞噬百分率和吞噬指数，并呈量效关系，能明显增加正常小鼠脾重、E花结数，与盐水组相比有显著性差异（P<0．01），能增加小鼠胸腺重量．对氢化泼尼松（PDS）免疫小鼠的脾、胸腺萎缩，有一定的拮抗作用，与PDS组相比柴葛大、中剂量组有显著性差异（P<O．01）．柴葛对SRBC致敏小鼠及PDS免疫小鼠的PFC值和IgG，IgM含量无影响．结论：柴葛颗粒能提高机体的T细胞介导的细胞免疫功能，对抗体生成细胞及抗体水平无影响．Aim: To study the influence of granule chaige onimmune function of mice. Methods: Phagocytosis rate wascalculated and index of phagocyte was recorded. Immuneorgans were weighed, E rosette rate of lymphocyte was calculated. Hemohysis plaque fsecretive ceel with QHS, andlevels of serum hemolysis IgG, IgM with spectroneter weredetermined. Results: All three doses of Granulae Chaigecould increase phagocytosis rate and index with dose-effectrelationship and increase spleen weight of normal mice,number of E rosette and thymus weight of mice (P<0.01).Large dose Granulae chnige antagonized atrophy of spleen,thymus induced by prednisolone (PDS) in mice (P<0.01).It had influence on PEC value and levels of IgG,IgM. Conclusion: Granulae chaige increase cell immune functionmediated by T cell of mice,has no effect on antibody producing cells of spleen and levels of antiboty of mice.
