通瘀煎加减对高脂血症患者血脂及血清炎症因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察通瘀煎对高脂血症(HLP)患者血脂及血清炎症因子的影响。方法:对照组40例用氟伐他汀治疗,治疗组40例在与对照组治疗相同的基础上加用通瘀煎。结果:治疗组血清胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白及血清炎症因子水平的降低都较对照组明显(P<0.01)。结论:西药联合通瘀煎加减治疗高脂血症可有效降低血脂及血清炎症因子水平。Objective ： To observe the effect of Tongyu Decoction on blood liquid and serum inflammatory factor of patients with hyperllpidemia （HLP）. Method： 40 cases were treated with fluvastatin as the control group while 40 cases were treated with Tong Yu Decoction additionally based on the same treatment with the control group as the study group. Result： Compared with the level of serum cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein and serum inflammatory factor of the control group, that of the study group decreased more obviously （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Western medicine combined with modified Tong Yu Decoction could decrease blood liquid and serum inflammatory factor effectively in treating HLP.
