摘　　要：目的：研究复方中药紫参血康片的醇提工艺．方法：选取有效成分丹参酮ⅡA和阿魏酸含量为指标，以HPLC法进行检测，用正交试验法比较了不同醇提条件．结果：以700mL·L－1乙醇12倍量（12mL·g-1药材），浸渍36h后，按2．0mL·min－1进行渗漉提取提出的丹参酮ⅡA和阿魏酸含量最高．结论：双指标多因素正交试验用于复方制剂的提取可使有效成分尽量利用，从而确保疗效．Aim: To study method of alcohol extract of thetraditional chinese medicine zhisenxuekang tablet. Methods:Taking the contents of tanshinone Ⅱ A and Ferulic acid asthe standards, assayed by HPLC method, and using orthogonal tests compared different alcohol extract conditions. Results: In 700 ml. L-1 alcohol twelve times as Sample for36 hours, the highest content of tabshinone Ⅱ A and ferulicacid was obtained at percolating rate of 2.0 mL min-1.Conclusion: Alcohol extracts of zhisenxuekang tablet bydouble standards orthogonal test could fully make use of theoriginal matelial and might gauranty the effects of themedicine.
