五子降脂胶囊对实验性动脉粥样硬化家兔的影响

摘　　要：目的：研究五子降脂胶囊对粥样动脉硬化（AS）家兔的治疗作用，进一步探讨性激素对AS的影响方法：采用酶法测定血脂，硫代巴比妥法测定MDA，锥板法测定血液流变学，琼脂糖电泳测定β-脂蛋白，放免法测定6－Ketone－PGF1α和TXB2，同位素法测定雌二醇与睾酮．结果：五子降脂胶囊能有效地降低血清胆固醇与甘油三酯，能降低MDA对心肌细胞和血管内皮细胞的损害，降低全血粘度和纤维蛋白原含量，使AS家兔血清TXB2下降，6-酮-PGF1α值升高，两者平衡失调得以恢复，五子降脂胶囊能升高家兔血清睾酮，调节性激素水平，这有益于HDL对内源性脂质的清除，病理结果证实对AS家兔有较好治疗作用．结论：五子降脂胶囊能明显减少AS斑块形成．Aim: The effects of wuzi jiangzhi capsul on ex-perimental athero- sclerosis in rabbits. And folowlng forfurther investigate the influnce of sex hormone on AS.Methods: The cholesterol (TC ), high density lipiproteinHDL/ch and triglyceride (TG ) were measured by enzymemethod, 6-Keto-PGH1 and TXB2 by RiA,MDA by thiobar-bituate, β-lipiprotein by agarose electrophorosis. Results:Wuzi jiangzhi capsul can effectively reduced the serum TCaTld TG,and can decease the injuries of in call heart musclsand edotheliocyte by MDA, lowering blood viscosity andfiberinogen. The TXB2 was lower and the 6-Keto-PGF1 waselevate in rabbits with atherosclerosis. restored the balancetestosterone was bellificial for HDL clears the lipids of en-dogenous by wuzi jiangzhi capsul through regulat the sexhormone. Pathological results revealed that had better cureeffects on AS rabbits. Conclusion: the results indicate thatsignificantly decease forming macula on atheroclerosis.
