摘 要:采用Realizable k-ε模型,对某轴流泵装置进行了全流道数值模拟。基于Navier-Stokes方程特点和泵Q-H曲线提出了一种在缺乏水泵叶轮数据的情况下对泵站全流道进行数值模拟的新的方法,即虚拟泵模型。针对虚拟泵模型和真实泵模型,比较了泵站装置特性曲线以及进水流道压强分布、流速分布。分析结果表明:虚拟泵模型模拟的装置特性曲线和真实泵模型非常接近;进水流道的压强分布与真实泵模型相似,数值略小于真实泵模型;进水流道的流速分布与真实泵模型非常接近,但真实泵模型的流速分布更加均匀。In this paper, a model axial pump station turbulent flow is simulated in the whole passage by using realizable k-ε turbulence model. A virtual pump model for the whole flow passage simulation is proposed for the first time based on the Navier-Stokes equations and Q-H curve of the pump on the condition of lacking the date of the runner. The characteristic curve of the pump station and the distribution of the pressure and velocity in the inlet conduit are calculated by the virtual pump mode and real pump model. The analyzed results show that the characteristic curve of the pump station is very similar with the virtual pump model and the real pump model; the pressure distribution of the two model is similar and the virtual pump model have a lower value; the velocity distribution of the two model is quite similar but the real pump model have a more average velocity distribution than the virtual pump station.
