摘　　要：目的:建立舒筋活络酒中羟基红花黄色素A的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱条件为:LichrospherC_(18)(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-乙腈-0.7%磷酸溶液(26:2:72),检测波长403nm,流速1.0ml·min^(-1)。结果:羟基红花黄色素A的回归方程为Y=3×10^(-5)X+0.1032(r=0.999 9),线性范围0.33～3.3μg。平均回收率为100.6%,RSD为1.25%。结论:本法操作简便,结果准确、可靠,可作为舒筋活络酒的质量控制标准。Objective： To establish a method for determination of Hydroxysafflor yellow A in shujing huoluo spirit. Method： Lichrospher Cls column （ 150mm × 4.6mm,5μm） was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-acetonitrile - 0.7 % phosphoric acid （26： 2： 72）, The detection wavelength was at 403 nm, the flow rate was 1.0ml·min^-1, the injection volume was 20μl. Result： Hydroxysafflor yellow A had a good linearity（ r = 0.999 9） in the range of 0.33 -3.3 μg, with regression equation Y = 3 × 10^-5X ＋ 0. 1032, and average recovery was 100.6% （RSD= 1.25%, n = 6）. Conclusion： The method is simple, sensitive and accurate, which can be applied in quality control of this preparation.
