摘  要:通过对高村贫磁铁矿进行高压辊磨闭路辊磨、湿式抛尾试验及抛尾后产品的选矿工艺研究,说明凹山选矿厂现有的高压辊磨的闭路工艺能够适应处理高村贫铁矿石,凹山选矿厂现有的工艺流程作适当优化改造,将能使铁精矿品位达到64%以上。A series tests were made on lean magnetite from Gaoeun such as roll mill of closed circuit with high pressure roller mill, railings rejecting from wet benefieiation and benefieiation of product after railings rejecting. The test results indicted that the existing closed circuit process of high pressure rolling of Washan Concentrator could deal with lean magnetite from Gaoeun. However, part of technical reconstruction could be made on the existing process of Washan Concentrator so that iron concentrate grade could reach above 64%.
