Objective: We put forward to study on the cellular level and a greater level of animal model, As the single treatment of cold or heat have some limitations, such as the edge temperature control of tumor, heat resistance, and post-thaw injury recurrence. It is proved that, the results in curing the 4T1 breast cancer mice model showed that the alternated cooling and heating treatment not only induced severely vascular injury, but also the anti-tumor immune response, which is better than any of the existing thermal therapy. Method: Investigate the cellular injury response of breast cancer cell line MDA-MB-231 induced by different physical conditions, and establish the VX2 breast tumor model of rabbit, which was preliminary verified by combination of pathological analysis and imaging methods. Result: We found that alternated cooling and heating treatment resulted in more severely cellular injury; moreover, a good recovery of VX2 Rabbit treated by altemated cooling and heating was proved without metastasis and recurrence appeared in three month. Conclusion: Alternated Cooling and Heating Treatment is art effective method for tumor therapy.
