摘 要:通过实验研究,确定了一种用于发热保温冒口套的发热剂配方,成分为有机物还原剂HMT-1,氧化剂JTY-1和LYH-3型粘接剂。研究发现,当HMT-1、JTY-1和LYH-3以质量比为1∶2∶1,并且加入量占冒口套总质量的2%时能达到较好的发热效果;当该发热剂与其他发热剂复合使用时,可进一步提高发热保温冒口套的发热效率。文中还就新型发热剂的相关影响因素进行了讨论。Through a series of theoretical analysis and experimental study, a new formulation of exothermic compound was developed, which is used in the fever heat-preservation riser-head. The major components of the new formulation of exothermic compound contain organic reductant HMT-1, oxidant JTY-1 and LYH-3 adhesive, in which the mass ratio of HMT-1 ,JTY-land LYH-3 is 1 : 2 : 1, and the best fever efficiency could be achieved when the content of the additives in the riser bush excesses 2%. When it was used with other exothermic agent, the fever efficiency can be further enhanced. The related influencing factors of the new exothermic compound are also discussed.
