摘 要:模拟弱酸性铜矿浆,运用静态浸泡、动态冲击和电化学测试等方法,测定了试样静态浸泡失重、冲击腐蚀磨损失重及电位-时间曲线、金电极极化曲线,定量地计算出纯腐蚀(Wcorr)、纯磨损(Wwear)、磨损对腐蚀(W′corr)、腐蚀对磨损(W′wear)等分量,分析了各分量在冲击腐蚀磨损中的作用,并探讨了相关机理。结果表明,造成铬钢材料流失的主要原因是纯机械磨损作用和腐蚀磨损的交互作用;造成锰钢材料流失的主要原因是腐蚀磨损的交互作用,交互作用中以腐蚀对磨损的促进作用为主。Simulation of weak acid copper slurry, using a static soak, dynamic impact and electrochemical testing methods, were determined by static immersion specimen weightlessness, weightlessness and the impact of corrosive wear potential-time curve, the electrode polarization curves, the quantitative amount of pure corrosion (Wcorr), pure abrasion (Wwear), wear on the corrosion (W'corr), corrosion on the wear and tear (W'wear) such as weight, analysis of each component in the impact of corrosive wear of the role, and to explore the related mechanism. The results show that the loss caused by chrome steel material is mainly due to the role of a purely mechanical wear and corrosion-wear interaction; manganese material caused by the loss is mainly due to corrosion-wear interaction, interaction with corrosion on the main role in promoting wear.
