摘　　要：目的评价Ceram.X纳米陶瓷树脂修复青少年前牙牙体缺损的临床效果。方法40颗因外伤或龋坏造成牙体缺损的前牙被随机分为对照组和试验组,分别采用传统树脂单色充填和Ceram.X纳米陶瓷树脂分层充填,并在修复后即刻、6个月、12个月参考Horsted-Bindslev的评价系统和USPHS标准进行临床评价。结果修复后即刻试验组在色泽协调性和表面光洁度方面的优良率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。在修复后6个月及12个月的临床评价中,试验组在表面光洁度方面优良率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论Ceram.X纳米陶瓷树脂修复美观,是青少年前牙牙体缺损患者的一种理想的过渡性修复材料。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Ceram.X nano-filled composite reparing anterior tooth defects in youth.Methods Forty anterior teeth were enrolled into study and divided into experimental group and control group equally and randomly,filled by Ceram.X nano-filled composite and traditional composite respectively. These restorations were evaluated directly with modified Horsted-Bindslev and USPHS Criteria.Results The frequencies of excellent restorations in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group at shortly after placement on the aspects of color match and surface texture （P〈0.05）. At 6 month and 12 month after placement,excellent restorations in experimental group were higher than those in control group on the aspect of surface texture （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Ceram.X nano-filled composite has better characteristics,it is an ideal choice for anterior transitional restorations in youth.
