摘 要:目的建立山东省正常少年儿童X线头影测量Wylie分析法的均值和标准差,并研究其颅面结构的性别差异、地域差异及增龄性变化。方法(按正常标准)选择156名山东籍正常少年儿童,拍摄X线头颅定位侧位片,采用Wylie分析法进行定点及测量,进行男女间,替牙期与恒牙初期之间的比较。并与北京和上海地区恒牙初期少年儿童男女正常值比较。结果得到了山东省正常少年儿童Wylie分析法的正常值。统计学分析表明,从替牙期到恒牙初期,男性上颌生长速度快于女性,但下颌生长速度较女性缓慢;该期男性面上部高,上颌长度均有明显的增加,该期女性上颌骨在水平向上有向后生长的趋势;与北京人相比,山东人的面上部高在全面高占得比重大,而与上海人相比,山东人的颅面轮廓较大。结论用Wylie分析法测得的正常值性别间、替牙期与恒牙初期之间均存在差别,不同地区人群头影测量值也存在差别。Objective To establish the standard values of Wylie cephalometric analysis for children with normal occlusion in Shandong province,and to analyze the craniofacial characteristics in different sexes,areas and ages.Methods Lateral cephalograph was taken in 156 children of Han nationality with normal occlusion in Shandong province,and then Wylie analysis and statistics were made. The results between sexes,two dentitions and different areas were compared by t-test.Results The norms with derivation measured with Wylie analysis were established. The mandible of the male grew faster than that of the female during development,but the mandibuler of the male grew more slowly. The upper facial height and the mandible length of the male increased significantly. At the same time,there was a tendency of backward growth in the horizontal direction for the maxillary of the female. The anterior upper facial height of the children in Shandong province accounted for a larger proportion of the anterior facial height than that of Beijing. Children in Shandong province had larger craniofacial profile than those in shanghai.Conclusion Cephalometric norms were different in sexes,areas and dentitions.
