摘  要:目的探讨何首乌饮对衰老大鼠下颌下腺凋亡相关蛋白表达的影响。方法用免疫组织化学方法观察衰老大鼠下颌下腺Bcl-2、Bax蛋白的表达。结果Bcl-2蛋白阳性表达在预防各组间以正常组最高,模型组最低(P<0.01)。治疗各组间以阴性对照组最高,自然恢复组最低(P<0.01),Bax蛋白的阳性表达在预防各组间以模型组最高,正常组最低(P<0.01)。治疗各组间以自然恢复组最高,阴性对照组最低(P<0.01)。结论衰老大鼠下颌下腺Bcl-2表达减少、Bax表达增加。何首乌饮可通过提高抑制凋亡蛋白Bcl-2的表达、降低促凋亡蛋白Bax的表达而达到延缓细胞衰老、凋亡的目的。Objective To investigate the effects of Heshouwuyin on the expressions of apoptosis associating proteins in submandibular glandular cells of aged rats.Methods D-galactose senescence model was adopted in this research. SP immunohistochemistry technology was applied to observe the expressions of Bcl-2 and Bax in submandibular glands.Results In the preventive experiment,the expression of Bcl-2 was the highest in the normal group,the lowest in the model group. Conversely,the expression of Bax was the highest in model group,the lowest in the normal group. Heshouwuyin Pm dose group was significantly lower than that of other preventing groups. And in the treatment experiment,the expression of Bcl-2 was the highest in negative control (NC) group,the lowest in the self-restoring (S-R) group. The expression of Bcl-2 in Heshouwuyin middle (Tm) dose group was significantly higher than that of other treatment groups,while the expression of Bax in S-R group was the highest,the NC group was the lowest,still that of Tm groups was significantly lower than that of other treatment groups.Conclusion The expression of Bcl-2 on aged submandibular glands was decreased,while the expression of Bax was increased. Heshouwuyin could reduce the number of apoptosis cells by promoting the expression of Bcl-2 and inhibiting the expression of Bax.
