摘　　要：目的探讨转化生长因子p（TGF—β）和转化生长影响因子（TGIF）在子宫内膜异位症的发生发展中的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测子宫内膜畀位症在位内膜（30例），异位内膜（30例）及正常子宫内膜（40例）中TGF-β和TGIF的表达。结果异位内膜组TGF—β的表达高于对照组和在位内膜组（P〈0．05）；在位内膜组与对照组TGF—β的表达差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。异位内膜组TGIF的表达低于在位内膜组和对照组（P〈0．05）。在位内膜组TGIF的表达与对照组差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。异位内膜组及在位内膜组的TGF—β蛋白与TGIF蛋白表达均呈负相关（rs=-0．769，-0．549，P〈0．05）。结论子宫内膜异位症的异位内膜组织中TGF-β与TGIF的异常表达可能参与了子宫内膜异位症的发生、发展。Objective To explore the role of TGF-β and TGIF in the pathogenesis of endometriosis. Methods The expression of TGF-β and TGIF was detected by immunohistoehemistry method in the ectopic and eutopic endometrium of 30 cases with endometriosis （ectopic endometrium group and eutopic endometrium group） and in the normal endometrium of 40 cases without endometriosis （control group）. Result The expression of TGF -β in ectopic endometrium group was significantly higher than that in eutopic endometrium group and control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no significant difference in the expression of TGF- β between eutopic endometrium group and control group（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The expression of TGIF in ectopic endometrium group was significantly lower than that in eutopic endometrium group and control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no significant difference in the expression of TGIF between eutopie endometrium group and control group（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. There were negative correlation between the expressions of TGF -β and TGIF in ectopic endometrium group and eutopic endometrium group （ r, = - 0.769, - 0.549, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The abnormal expression of TGF-β and TGIF in ectopic endometrium of patients with endometriosis may be associated with the genesis and progression of endometriosis.
