摘 要:目的利用64层螺旋CT血管造影探讨肾静脉解剖变异的类型及其临床意义。资料与方法回顾性分析280例患者的64层螺旋CT肾静脉影像资料,观察肾静脉的解剖变异并进行分型。结果肾静脉解剖变异的发生率为7.1%(20/280)。右肾静脉变异8例,均为副肾静脉。左肾静脉变异13例,包括Ⅰ型(环主动脉左肾静脉)4例,Ⅱ型(主动脉后左肾静脉)1例,Ⅲ型(回流异常)3例,Ⅳ型(左肾静脉汇合过晚)5例(其中1例伴右副肾静脉)。11例肾静脉变异患者同时伴有肾动脉变异。结论64层螺旋CT血管造影可清晰显示肾静脉解剖变异,结合肾动脉解剖变异,可为临床提供可靠的肾血管系统解剖学资料。Objective To discuss the category and the clinical significance of the renal vein variation using 64-slice spiral CT angiography.Materials and Methods The datum of 64-slice spiral CT angiography of the renal veins in 280 patients were analyzed retrospectively.The renal vein variations were observed and classified.Results The incidence of the renal vein variation was 7.1%(20/280).Right accessory renal veins were showed in 8 cases and the left renal vein variations were displayed in 13 cases including type Ⅰ(circumaortic left renal vein) in 4 cases,type Ⅱ(retroaortic left renal vein)in 1 case,type Ⅲ(abnormal confluens) in3 cases and type Ⅳ(left renal vein converged late) in 5 cases(1 case associated with right accessory renal vein).11 cases of the renal vein variations were associated with the renal artery variations.Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT angiography could display the renal vein variations clearly and provide the reliable datum of renal vasculature anatomy combined with the renal artery variations.
