摘　　要：文章从分析后工业社会中企业经营由竞争向合作、协同转化的趋势出发,提出了运用企业生态系统的分析方法研究企业管理的思想。以科学研究纲领方法论为指导,提出基于企业生态系统的企业协同演化管理研究纲领。通过与古典管理研究纲领的对比分析,提出了协同演化研究纲领框架下企业管理研究的新思路。By analyzing the trend of change from business competition to business cooperation and coordination in the post - industrial society, this paper proposes the idea of doing research on business management with the method of enterprise ecosystem analysis, and brings up the management programs of enterprise ecosystem co - evolution under the guidance of scientific research programs methodology. Through the comparison with the classical management programs, the paper puts forward new ideas of managment research under the framwork of enterprise - ecosystem co -evolution -based the management programs.
