摘　　要：目的探讨桡骨远端骨折的手术治疗方法及疗效。方法2006年-2008年共手术治疗桡骨远端骨折患者35例。按AO分类标准:B1型2例,B2型3例,B3型5例,C1型11例,C2型7例,C3型7例。行锁定加压钢板内固定27例,单纯切开复位外固定架固定2例,切开复位外固定架加简单内固定6例。结果35例全部获得随访,时间6个月～15个月,所有病例骨折愈合良好,无感染、骨不连、钢板松动、腕管综合征、正中神经炎等并发症。按改良的McBride腕关节功能评价标准:优25例,良7例,可3例,优良率为91.4%。结论选择合适的手术方法治疗不同类型的桡骨远端骨折,使内固定稳妥可靠,早期功能锻炼,可取得较好的治疗效果。Objective To evaluate the effects of surgical operation on distal radius fi＇acture.Methods Thirty-five cases of distal radius fracture were treated by surgical operation from 2006 to 2008. According to AO classification,B1 type 2 cases, B2 type 3 cases, B3 type 5 cases, C1 type 11 eases, C2 type 7 cases, C3 type 7 cases. Twenty-seven cases by open reduction and internal fixation with locking compression plate,2 cases by open reduction and external fixation ,6 cases by open reduction and external fixation combined minimum internal fixation. Results All patients were followed up for 6-15 months.Bone union was achieved in all patients. No complication was found as infection, non-union, loosing of nails, syndrome of wrist, and medium neuritis. The clinical outcomes were evaluated according to modified Mcbide grading system. There were 25 excellent,7 good and 3 fair, the satisfactory rate was 91.4%.Conclusion Different kinds of distal radius fractures were treated by the suitable operative treatment, which was benefit for reliable internal fixation and allowing early joint motion to ensure better efficacy.
