随机前沿函数、酒店管理效率及其影响因素研究——基于张家界市旅游酒店的实证分析

摘　　要：张家界市旅游业快速发展带动了旅游酒店业的发展,但是旅游酒店普遍存在管理效率低下的问题。随机前沿函数是分析企业经营管理效率的常用方法,利用这一研究方法分析了张家界市旅游酒店管理效率。研究结果显示,旅游酒店平均效率只有76.32%,最好的旅游酒店的管理效率是最差的旅游酒店的1.8倍,旅游酒店的产权结构、星级级别、地理位置、人力资源等是影响其管理效率的主要因素。Tourism industry is quickly developing in Zhangjiajie, which promotes hotel sector to grow up. However, the managerial efficiency of tourism hotel is generally low in Zhangjiajie. SFA is a main method of measuring management efficiency of corporations. The article uses the new researching method to analyze the managerial efficiency of tourism hotel in Zhangjiajie. The result of the research reveals that the average managerial efficiency is only 0. 7632, the most is 1.8 times than the worst, and the main effecting factors of tourism hotel managerial efficiency are property right system, star- level, geographical location and manpower resources system and so on. The paper provides a good theoretical and demonstration basement for improving management of corporation of tourism.
