提高检验科人员职业感染防护依从性的研究

摘　　要：目的:提高检验科工作人员职业感染的防护行为。方法:对检验科医务人员职业感染防护知识和行为进行调查,举办针对性的职业感染防护知识培训班,完善设施、现场督导,签订职业感染防护责任告知书,制定感染防护流程并贴在上墙等措施。结果:检验科工作人员职业感染防护依从性得到较大提高,按要求穿戴防护用品的平均概率由原来的32%上升到72%(x^2=269.51,P<0.05),两者比较,差异有统计学意义。结论:个性化教育、完善设施、现场督导、责任告知、优化防护流程等多项措施相结合,能有效地提高检验科工作人员职业感染防护的依从性。Objective ：To improve the occupational infection protection action of clinical laboratory staff and take the effective measures for self-protection. Methods：The multi-intervention measures were adopted in the study ,which included investigating the occupational infection protection knowledge and behavior,holding some training course to strengthen occupational infection self-protection consciousness,consummating protection establishment,inspecting and supervising on the spot, signing an occupational infection protection duty agreement, drawing up an infection protection flow chart on the wall and so forth. Results：After receiving the intervention measures, the occupational infection protection awareness was obviously enhanced in clinical laboratory staff, the compliance of occupational infection protection increased from 32% to 72%, there was significant different between the compliance rate. Conclusion：The comprehensive measures of intervention such as individucation, improve facilities, on-site supervision, inform the bury, opimization of protection processect for clinical laboratory staff can effectively improve their occupational infection self-protection consciousness and action.
