重组人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾胶囊联合微波治疗宫颈糜烂的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨重组人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾胶囊治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法:选择年龄在20～48岁的宫颈糜烂患者273例,按宫颈糜烂面积及程度分类,用重组人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾胶囊联合微波治疗与单纯微波治疗进行对照观察。结果:观察组213例患者中,轻度宫颈糜烂治愈率为97.0%,中度宫颈糜烂治愈率为96.5%,重度宫颈糜烂治愈率74,2%,总有效率达89.7%,仅10.3%患者无效。结论:重组人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾胶囊具有抗病毒作用,治疗宫颈糜烂有显著疗效,对预防宫颈癌起到了积极作用,值得临床推广使用。Objective：Discussion the clinical effect of curing the cervical erosion by recombinant human interferon α-2b treatment of vaginal effervescent capsule. Methods：Selected the patients who＇s age range 20 to 48-year-old,with 273 case of cervical erosion. The writer classified the cervical erosion according to the size and degree,and control a simple observation between recombinant human interferon α-2b raginal effervescent microwave treatment of the joint capsule and the microwave treatment. Results：The result of the observation in 213 cases group patients was that, mild cervical erosion rate was 97.0%, moderate cervical erosion rate was 96.5% and severe cervical erosion was 74.2%, a total effective rate was 89.7%, so 10.3% of patients with only null and void. Conclusion：Recombinant human interferon α-2b vaginal effervescent capsule has antiviral activity. It has significant efficacy to treatment of cervical erosion and play a positive role on prevent- ing cervical, it is worth for using in clinical.
