摘　　要：建立具有中国特色的公立医院法人治理结构是现阶段我国医药卫生体制改革的目标之一。当前在医疗改革的背景下,要建立具有中国特色的公立医院法人治理结构,必须借鉴企业和国外医院管理的成功经验。通过对目前我国公立医院法人治理结构现状进行了分析,并就建立和完善这一体制作了有益的探讨。To establish the corporate governance of public hospitals is one of goals of China＇s medical and health care reform and it was determined by the CPC Central Committee, Currently, in the background of our medical and health care reform, it is necessary to establish corporate governance of China＇s public hospitals, that we must learn the successful experience from enterprises and foreign hospitals. Based on the analysis of current corporate governance of China＇s public hospitals, we give some useful advice about establishment and improvement of the corporate governance.
