摘　　要：托管是公立医院改革的一种重要形式,它在不促动产权的情况下实现医院所有权和经营权的有效分离。从托管的理论和实践出发,对国内外医院托管的主要模式作一探讨和分析,以期为我国公立医院改革提供可参考的依据。Hospital trusteeship is a primary form of public hospital management system reform, which could separate the ownership and management right effectively without affecting the property rights. This paper analyzed the main models of hospital trusteeship based on the theory and practice of hospital trusteeship, and provided some recommendations for the public hospitals management system reform in China.
