摘　　要：目的分析医院托管对成员医院及其联合体业务规模的影响。方法采用回顾性对照研究。结果(1)托管后主体医院门急诊、住院、手术业务规模发展滞后;(2)被托管医院住院、手术业务规模发展相对较好,门急诊业务规模发展相对滞后;(3)所形成的联合体各项业务规模发展均滞后。结论医院托管使被托管医院住院和手术业务受益,门急诊业务受损;一定程度上没有保证主体医院的利益,没有充分证据认定存在1+1>2的效果。Objective To make clear the effect of the hospital mandate on the development of both the hospital group and its member hospitals. Methods Retrospective case-control study. Results After mandate, （1）the development of clinic and emergency services, hospitalization service and operation service in main hospital was lagging. （2）The hospitalization service and operation service of mandated hospital developed well. The outpatient and emergency service developed slowly. （3） All the services of the hospital group formed by mandating action developed slowly than other similar hospitals. Conclusion Hospital mandate benefited the hospitalization service and operation service of mandated hospital and make some negative effect on the outpatient service and emergency service of mandated hospital. There was no enough evidence to believe that mandate could benefit the development of main hospital or realize the the win-win situation for both main hospital and mandated hospital.
