摘 要:目的分析医院托管对成员医院及其联合体市场份额的影响。方法采用回顾性对照研究。结果(1)托管后主体医院门急诊、住院、手术市场份额拓展受阻;(2)被托管医院住院、手术服务市场份额拓展相对表现较好,门急诊市场份额仍相对萎缩;(3)所形成联合体的门急诊、手术市场份额均相对下降,住院市场份额基本无扩大。结论医院托管有利于被托管医院拓展市场份额,但主体医院未从中受益,也没有证据支持托管可促使整个联合体拓展市场份额。Objective To make clear the market share change of both the hospital group and its member hospitals before and after mandate. Methods Retrospective case-control study. Results After mandate, (1) It seemed more difficult for main hospital to increase its market share of of outpatient service, hospitalization service and operation service. (2) tt seemed successful for mandated hospital to increase its market share of hospitalization service and operation service. However, the market share of outpatient service still relatively declined. (3) For the hospital group formed by mandate action, its market share of out.patient service and operation service declined relatively, its market share of hospitalization service increased little. Conclusion Hospital mandate was helpful for mandated hospital to increase its market share. The main hospital didn' t benefit form the hospital mandate in terms of market share. There was no evidence supporting that hospital mandate could increase the market share of the whole hospital group formed by mandate action.
