摘　　要：探讨了电子病历应用效果评价标准。电子病历应用效果好坏、水平高低应以是否有利于医务人员、患者、医院管理者、社会为标准。应有利于医务人员提高工作效率及医疗质量,减少医疗差错,搞好医疗、教学和科研;有利于患者选择正确的诊疗方案,方便快捷就医,降低人均消费;有利于医院管理者对医疗全过程的管理,降低成本,提高收益率,作出正确合理决策,提供具有法律效力证据,提高医院的核心竟争力;同时还应有利于社会。To discuss the evel of the effect appraisement of the electronic medical recarder application. The good or not of the applicate effect and the high or short of the level of the electronic medical recarder that depend on the benefit of the medical, patient, hospital govement, society. And for the benefit of the advancing the work efficiency and medi- cal quality, reducing the medical accident, doing well the medical teaching and scientific research.For the benefit of that the patient choicing the right way of diagnosis and treat and the hospitalization quality debasing the charge.For the benefit of that the hospital manager managing the course of the medical, debasing the cost, advancing the incoming, making the right decision-making, giving the evidence with the force adeffect, advancing the competition ability of hospital, and for the benefit of the society at the same time.
