摘  要:用沉淀法制备了Cu/La2O3催化剂,将其用于催化裂解乙炔制备了碳纳米纤维(CNFs)。考察了反应温度和反应时间对CNFs产率的影响。用SEM和微机差热天平分别对CNFs的形貌和抗氧化性能进行了研究。实验结果表明:于650℃反应3 h,CNFs产率为1.4 g.(g Cat.)-1;CNFs形态规则,表面光滑,直径300 nm^700 nm,长度达几十微米;CNFs燃烧温度515℃~544℃。Cu/La2O3 catalyst was prepared by precipitation method. Carbon nanofibers(CNFs) were synthesized by catalytic pyrolysis acetylene using Cu/La2O3 as the catalyst. The effect of reaction temperature and time on yield of CNFs were investigated. The structure of CNFs were characterized by SEM and thermogravimetric analysis. The results showed that the yield of CNFs synthesized at 650 ℃ for 3 h was 1.4 g · ( g Cat. )^ -1 The CNFs have smooth surface and regular morphology. The diameter of CNFs is distributed in the range of 300 nm to 700 nm, and the length can reach several decade microns. The combustion temperature of CNFs is between 515 ℃ and 544 ℃.
