浅析制约天祝草畜产业发展的原因及治理对策

摘　　要：通过对天祝县畜牧业现状的分析,找出制约其发展的原因,提出了治理对策和发展的规划,一是要制定出天祝高寒草地畜牧业总体发展规划,确立工作指南,同时要树立品牌意识,在特色上下功夫,其次要加强政策法规建设,并积极探索草地畜牧业发展的高新领域。This paper analyzed the current situation of animal husbandry industry in Tianzhu County, discussed the development restriction reasons and presented the strategy and development layout. Fistly, alpine grassland animal husbandry development plan should be established, and the work manual should be set down. Meanwhile, brand consciousness was to be set up, especially the local special products. Secondly, policy and rule of law had to be strengthened and new field in grassland animal husbandry development should be explored.
