天津市竞技体育优势及潜优势运动项目的现状调查与对策分析

摘　　要：主要采用文献资料法和问卷调查法对天津市竞技体育优势及潜优势运动项目的发展现状进行了实证研究,据此提出了保持和提升其项目群竞赛成绩可持续发展的基本对策。主要观点是:第一,天津市目前潜优势项目与优势项目之间整体实力相差较大,同场对抗性项目竞争实力有待加强;第二,后备人才储备不足,优势与潜优势项目有效衔接是当前困扰天津市竞技体育健康可持续发展的瓶颈;第三,加大人才引进力度,适度调整优势及潜优势运动项目的结构布局,加快推行"科训医一体化"模式的步伐,确保天津市"金牌战略"预期目标的实现。By used the questionnaire and Documentation method, was analyzed. The result showed that the first, compared with high competitive ability events advanced in TianJin, under competitive ability events still have a long way to go. Meanwhile the Competitive level of same field competition event- group should be strengthened in future. The second, the main narrow path make to keep long time and health development is which preparatory for sports talents resources was insufficient and the high and under competitive ability events was unconnected in TianJIn sport area. The third, expectancy aim of Tianjin sport in future should need to speed up introduce high level of sports talents from domestic and oversea and to adjust distribution between the high competitive ability events and the under competitive ability events and to pick up model of science research,sport training and restore of body health which merge into an organic whole.
