摘 要:通过对用亚铁杆菌分离培养基、嘉式铁杆菌分离培养基、缠绕纤发杆菌分离培养基及PYCM分离培养基分离出的铁锰细菌的不同搭配以及对比试验,发现由后3者组成的混合细菌具有更强的适应性和氧化能力。接种试验表明,石英砂滤料和混层滤料自然固定混合细菌的成熟期分别为47和35 d,前者快于一般的石英砂成熟期,后者与锰砂滤料的成熟期相近,且两种生物滤层均有很强的抗水力负荷和铁锰浓度负荷的能力,在实现了快速启动同时确保其稳定运行。生物相研究表明,滤层成熟后,滤柱中生长的是包括铁锰细菌、硝化细菌、亚硝化细菌以及其他菌种的复杂的生物群系。In order to find more available bacteria, the contrastive tests were conducted between different kinds of mixed bacteria, which were cultured by the madia for Ferrobacillus, Grenathrix polyspora, Leotothrix volubilis or PYCM. It was found that the mixture by the last three ones owned more effective capacity of adaptability and oxidation. The inoculation test indicated that the maturity duration of naturally immobilized mixed layer and of quartz sand filtration were 35 d and 47 d respectively, the maturity duration of the former was similar to that of manganese sand, and the maturity duration of the latter was shorter than that of other common quartz sand. Further more, all the two filtration columns owned strong capacity of resisting impact load of hydraulic, iron and manganese concentration. Filtration column by immobilizing mixed bacteria could ensure stable practice as well as quick start-up. Biofilm analysis proved that there would be a complicated biome including iron and manganese oxidizing bacteria, nitrobacteria, nitrite bacteria, etc. in the filtration column after the maturity duration.
