摘　　要：目的:通过分析皮脂腺囊肿的声像图特征,提高对本病的诊断水平。方法:对手术病理证实的52例皮脂腺囊肿的声像图特征进行回顾性分析。结果:52例皮脂腺囊肿声像图均表现为圆形或椭圆形低回声肿物,质软,探头加压可变形,边界清晰光滑,有完整的包膜回声,肿物后方回声有增强,内部回声不均匀,呈密集点状或粗颗粒状,大体病理呈豆腐渣样。彩色多普勒血流(CDFI)显示:肿物周边及内部无明显血流信号。结论:彩色多普勒超声在皮脂腺囊肿的诊断中具有较高的价值。Objective： To analyze the sonographic features of sebaceous cyst and to improve the diagnosis.Methods： sebaceous cyst by postoperative pathology in 52 cases were studied retrospectively.The sonographic features were analysed. Results： 52 cases of sebaceous cyst imaging showed round or oval hypoechoic masses, soft, deformable pressure probe, a clear border smooth, full - coated echo, echo in the rear masses have increased, not internal echo Uniform, For intensive punctate or coarse granular, Pathology samples were tofukasu. Color Doppler flow imaging（CDFI） ： no blood flow signal in peripheral and internal of masses. Conclusions： High frequency Color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of sebaceous cyst has an important value.
