川崎病胸部CR诊断

摘　　要：目的:分析KD胸部CR片,以提高对其胸部CR表现的认识。方法:回顾性分析经临床确诊的12例KD患儿胸部CR。结果:12例KD胸部CR有异常改变者10例:肺纹理增多、增重,边缘紊乱模糊6例;中下肺野沿肺纹理散在分布多发斑片状浸润小病灶阴影3例;右肺门结节影1例;心影增大4例。结论:KD的胸部CR可以显示肺纹理增多,斑片状浸润,肺门淋巴结的肿大以及心影增大。胸部CR有改变者,提示全身血管炎广泛,冠状动脉的受累可能性亦较大,故胸部CR可有助于早期估计冠状动脉受累和指导治疗。Objective： With the analysis of chest CR for Kawasaki disease, to improve its recognition. Methods： Chest CR of 12 cases with KD, with are confirmed diagnosis, were retrospective analysed.Results：There are 10 cases of abnormal change from their chest CR for KD disease. Among them, 6 cases with increased bronchovascular shadow and aim margine, 3 cases multiple maculosa infihration focal shadow of lung - marking spreading along mid - low pulmonary field, 1 case with right pulmonary hilar shadow, and 4 cases with increased heart shadow. Conclusions： It can indicate the bronchovascular shadow, maculosa infiltration, increasing of pulmonary hilar lymph nodes and heart shadow by chest CR for KD . When the film changes, it shows the vasculitis, and the more possible of involvement of coronary artery. Therefore, it can help to diagnose the arteria coronaria involvement and to treat instructively.
