摘　　要：目的：探讨单侧多功能外固定架治疗四肢长管状骨骨折的优越性、疗效及并发症的防治。方法：应用单侧多功能外固定架治疗57例四肢骨折。结果：57例病例均获8。24个月随访，平均13个月，均达到骨性愈合，骨折愈合时间为3～13个月，平均5．3个月。结论：单侧多功能外固定架治疗四肢长管状骨骨折操作简便、手术创伤小、骨折愈合快，特别适用于软组织损伤严重、污染重的开放性四肢骨折。Objective：To study the feasibility, advantages, and prevention of complications in the treatment of long - bone fractrure of limbs with single lateral muhifunctional external fixator. Methods： 57 cases of long - bone fractrure of limbs were fixed with single lateral muhifimctional external fixator. Results： All patients were followed up for 8 - 24 months, with the average time being 13 months. All patients had bony union within 3 - 13 months, with the average time of bone union being 5.3 months. The outcome Was satisfactory. Conclusions： The advantages of single lateral multifunctional external fixator in treatment of open longbone fraetrure of limbs are less traumatic, easy to use, beneficial to fracture healing, having high rate of bone union. It is especially useful in the open long- bone fraetrure of limbs when the soft tissue is destroyed and infected heavily.
