摘　　要：包头钢铁集团公司在2006年底投产的5号连铸机上成功安装国产动态轻压下设备,并对重轨钢进行了轻压下试验研究。1年多的试验结果表明:该轻压下设备在合理的工艺条件下可以显著提高重轨钢的质量,改善了重轨钢铸坯的碳元素平均偏差指数,钢轨的内伤率减少,并使普通钢轨的成分偏差达到了高速轨的要求。The home made dynamic soft reduction equipment was installed in the # 5 continuous casting machine being put into production in later of 2006 in Baotou Iron ＆ Steel Corp. , and then dynamic soft reduction test was made on the heavy rail steel using the equipment. Results of trial for about one year show that by application of this dynamic soft reduction equipment quality of heavy rail steel can be improved obviously under the reasonable technology conditions including improvement in the average deviation index of carbon element of the heavy rail slab and reduction of the internal defects of the rail steel and as the results the composition deviation of the conventional rail steel has been reduced to the level of the high speed rail steel.
