摘  要:以Q345大方坯1/4断面为研究对象,建立连铸过程凝固传热有限元数学模型,然后应用AN-SYS有限元软件计算出铸坯任意断面的温度分布、坯壳厚度以及任意节点的凝固状态等,把各特征点连接起来,就可以得到连铸坯表面温度的变化曲线,以此可以优化连铸工艺参数,提高铸坯质量。In order to clarify the surface temperature variation of the GG slab a tmlte element mathematical model for heat transfer during solidification in continuous casting is established and a 1/4 profile of Q345 bloom is confined as the object of investigation by the model and then the temperature distribution of any profile on the casting blank, the solidified shell thickness and the solidified state of any node and so on are calculated by application of the finite element software ANSYS. Finally by linking up every characteristic points the variation curve of surface temperature of casting blank can be clearly drawn up. Thereby the processing parameters of the continuous casting can be optimized and the slab quality be improved as well.
