摘 要:目前钢铁行业常用的测量碳含量的方法为热分析、化学分析和光谱分析法。这3种方法在铁的碳含量及其他元素的测量方面有着较高的测量精度,但其不足之处就在于它们都是离线式测量,在高度自动化的生产过程中难以满足在线实时测量的要求。现代的AOD炉炼钢,已经采用光强度测量实现了碳含量的在线测量,解决了在线测量的问题。Currently the methods for measurement of carbon content in metallurgical (iron & steel) industry are thermal analysis, chemical analysis and spectrometry. Although these three methods have high accuracy in the measurement of carbon content and other elements , yet its inadequacy lies in that they are all off-line measurements, which can not meet the on-line and real-time measurement requirements in a highly automated production process. In Modern AOD furnace steelmaking by application of the method of light intensity measuring the on-line determination of the carbon content has already been realized and thus the on-line measurement problem is solved.
