西藏高原鳅个体繁殖力的研究

摘　　要：对拉萨河西藏高原鳅（Triplophysa tibetana）个体生殖力及其相关生物学参数关系进行了分析研究。结果显示：西藏高原鳅个体绝对生殖力F为254-6796粒,平均为2319.9粒;相对生殖力FL为33.6-770.5粒/cm,平均为284.5粒/cm;相对生殖力FW为44.0-1981.3粒/g,平均为730.8粒/g。个体生殖力F和FL与各参数正相关,除与肥满度和卵比重相关关系不显著（P〉0.05）外,其余均显著相关（P〈0.05）;FW与各因素均显著相关（P〈0.05）,但仅与卵巢重、成熟系数和卵比重正相关。The individual fecundities of Triplophysa tibetana in the Lasa River and the relationships between the individual fecundities and the biological character indices were studied.The results showed that the individual absolute fecundity F varied from 254 to 6796 eggs（average 2319.9 eggs）,the individual relative fecundity FL varied from 33.6 to 770.5 eggs/cm（average 284.5 eggs/cm）,and FW varied from 44.0 to 1981.3 eggs/g（average 730.8 eggs/g）.The individual fecundities F and FL were positively correlated to all indices and significantly correlated to these biological character indices except for condition factor and spawn density.The individual fecundity FW was significantly correlated to all indices,but it was only positively correlated to ovary weight,gonadosomatic index and spawn density.
