摘 要:冷轧带钢生产中普遍存在的边部减薄现象,直接影响切边量大小,降低了成材率。为了减小边部减薄,对其形成机理进行了详细论述,并利用非线性有限元软件MARC,建立了模拟四辊冷轧机轧制过程的弹塑性有限元仿真模型。将轧制力模拟结果与实测值对比表明该模型是精确可靠的。利用此模型,系统分析了压下率、摩擦因数以及带钢入口厚度、入口宽度等因素对边部减薄的影响规律。分析结果表明,随着压下率、摩擦因数、带钢入口厚度的增大,边部减薄随之加剧,随着带钢入口宽度的增大,边部减薄先增大后减小。Edge drop is a widespread problem in cold rolling , which directly influences the size of side scrapping and reduces the metal yield. To reduce edge-drop, its mechanism is elaborated detailedly, and the elastic-plastic FEM model to simulate the rolling process on 4-high cold mill is developed with MARC software. The simulation results of rolling force are basically close to measured data, that proves the model to be high accuracy and dependable. Using this model, the author systematically analyses the effects of influencing factors, such as reduction, friction coefficient, entry thickness and entry width on edge-drop in cold rolling. The results show that the edge-drop increases with the increment of reduction, friction coefficient and entry thickness, in addition, the edge-drop firstly increases and then decreases with the increment of entry width.
