摘 要:通过大量的试验研究,开发出滚筒定量给料和对辊打碎炼钢污泥技术,解决了炼钢污泥直接进入烧结生产工艺中下料不畅,粘、堵设备等技术难题;针对炼铁污泥w(TFe)低、w(C)和w(Zn)高等特点,有针对性地采用浮-重选联合工艺流程,从炼铁污泥中分离、富集出w(TFe)较高的铁精矿、w(C)较高的炭精矿以及尾泥(大部分的Zn进入尾泥),并分别用于烧结、高炉和建筑制砖工艺。生产实践证明,所采用的2种工艺,满足处理量大、适应性强、流程顺行和生产应用效果好等要求,具有明显的经济和社会效益。To solve problems of irregular movement of steelmaking sludge in proportioning bins, its adhering and jamming to the bins when the sludge is directly used in sintering process, technologies of constant feeding and double-roll crushing have been developed. As for ironmaking sludge, it is featured by lower iron content, higher carbon and zinc contents. A flotation and gravity-separation process has been applied to treat the sludge. After the treatment, three kinds of product are obtained, i. e an iron concentrate with higher iron content, a carbon concentrate with higher carbon content and treated tails with higher zinc content. They can be reused in sintering, ironmaking and brick making. Practice shows that the above-mentioned technologies have large enough treatment capacity, good adaptability, smooth flow and satisfied application results, therefore, remarkable ecomonic and social benefits have been gained.
