摘　　要：行政法与经济法相异的权力控制理论对比阐明,金融监管机关行政权力和经济权力两种权力性质与内容的差异使得在控制两种权力方式上存在根本的差异,这种差异决定应该用不同的理论来同时控制金融监管权,应当尝试兼用两种不同的法学理论路径对金融监管权力控制问题作整体性的全新解答。After comparing both the theory of control of governmental authorities in administrative law and that of economic law, it is found that there exist differences in characteristics and contents between economic power and administrative authority in the area of financial supervision. It is suggested to control the power of financial supervision with different theories of law.
