热历史对Na2O-CaO-Al2O3-SiO2系玻璃析晶动力学的影响

摘  要:以Na2O-CaO-Al2O3-SiO2系玻璃为研究对象,研究同一化学组成的玻璃,以4种不同的热历史方式处理,并用DTA、XRD和SEM等测试方法研究了热历史对析晶动力学的影响。结果表明:同一组成的玻璃,在不同的热历史条件下,其析晶峰温度发生明显改变;析晶峰的面积和峰高也明显不同;玻璃的分相也不同;其析晶活化能E和晶化指数n也不同。通过析晶试验发现,析出的主晶相和次晶相相同,析晶活化能(E)的变化主要来源于主、次晶相数量的变化。In this paper, we selectedNa2O-CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 system glass as research object, glass of same composition was treated by four variation of thermal history, effect of thermal history on the crystallization kinetics were investigated by using differential thermal analysis, X-ray diffraction analysis and scanning electron microscope. From the experimental results, for glass of same composition by varying the thermal history, temperature of crystallization peaks obviously change, areas and height of crystallization peaks are different, phase separation are different, the activation energy of crystallization (E)and crystallization index(n) are different. Through the crystallization experiment we found that the precipitated main crystalline phase and sub-crystal phase are same for glass of same composition by varying the thermal history, its variation of activation energy of crystallization (E) mainly comes from the number of main and sub-crystalline phase variation.
