一维纳米羟基磷灰石的制备与表征

摘　　要：以磷酸氢二铵、硝酸钙为原料,利用CTAB表面活性剂的水溶液形成的胶束为反应模板,采用水热法合成工艺,在反应液pH=11,反应温度为150℃,反应时间为24h的条件下成功合成了高纯度的一维纳米羟基磷灰石,并提出其可能的形成机理。通过XRD,TEM,FT-IR测试表征,发现制备的纳米棒长度为60～360nm,直径为15～25nm,轴径比为5～20,分散度高,具有与人体骨骼成分相近的结构。One-dimensional hydroxyapatite nanomaterials have been synthesized by the resource of diammonium phosphate and calcium nitrate, via a hydrothermal method, using surfactant CTAB as template, as the pH value of solution is 11, the temperature is 150℃ , the time is 24h, and a possible mechanism for fabricating the one-dimensional hydroxyapatite nanomaterials was proposed. XRD, TEM and FT-IR were used for characterization, which shows that the length of the nano-rod reaches 60 - 360nm, with diameter of 15 25nm. The length-diameter ratio of the HAP is 5 - 20, with high dispersity and similar composition to human bone structure.
