摘　　要：以抛光砖废渣和珍珠岩尾矿为基料,探讨成型压力对制备闭孔发泡陶瓷的影响,试验结果表明:为制备闭孔为主,显微结构均匀的发泡陶瓷,成型压力75-150kg/cm2,烧成温度1165℃-1175℃,短保温时间,是比较适宜的。The influence of forming pressure and firing temperature on producing closed porosity ceramics, using solid residue of polished tiles and pearlite tailings as major raw material, is investigated in this paper. The result of experiments shows that under the pressure of 75- 150kg/cm^2, firing temperature of 1165- 1175℃, short insulation time can produce foaming ceramics as major closed porosity, and uniform microstructure.
