基于CAXA数控车间解决方案的DNC通讯系统的应用

摘　　要：数控机床作为数控加工车间的核心和网络化制造系统中最基础和最底层的设备,其联网方案已经成为网络化制造中的重要环节。本文在介绍了CAXA数控车间解决方案的内涵和为企业提供不同层次解决方案的基础上,采用了基于CAXA数控车间的分布式数控(DNC)通讯系统,该系统可用1台计算机同时与多台具有RS232串口的数控机床进行实时数据通信,并实现数控代码的远程传输与接收,为企业网络化制造、高自动化生产奠定良好底层技术基础。系统已在企业成功应用并取得良好效果。NC machine tool as the kernel of NC workshop and the most basic and bottom equipment in networked manufacturing system, the networking solution of it has become important part of network manufacture. This paper firstly introduce connotation of CAXA NC workshop solutions and different level projects for enterprises,and then put forward a DNC communication system based on CAXA NC workshop. Data can be communicated synchronously between one host computer and many NC machine tools with RS232 series in this system. And the NC codes can be remotely transmitted and received. This system can provide technical support for network manufacturing and highly automatic manufacturing in enterprise. The system has been applied in enterprises and obtained satisfactory results.
