摘 要:提出了一种新型的有源箝位双管反激电路拓扑,不仅克服了传统单管反激开关管应力大的缺点,而且主开关及辅开关管都实现了零电压开通(ZVS),次级二极管实现了零电流关断(ZCS)。此外通过斜坡补偿,占空比可以大于50%。该反激拓扑充分利用了漏感的能量,无需外加缓冲电路,电路结构简单,因此可以应用于高效率、宽范围、高电压输入的场合。对该拓扑的工作原理、特性、设计进行了详细描述,并在一台127~330V输入、18.6V/5A输出的样机上进行了验证。A novel active-clamp dual-switch flyback converter is proposed,which overcomes the disadvantage of high voltage stress on the main switch in conventional flyhack converter.The main switches and auxiliary switch of the proposed converter all realize ZVS.Meanwhile,the rectifier diode on the secondary achieves ZCS.Additionally,the duty cycle can he extended to more than 50% by slope compensation.The converter makes full use of leakage inductor energy to achieve ZVS and does not use any snubber.Thus, it is favorable for high efficiency, wide input range capaeity applications and is suited for the high input voltage occasions.The detail operation principles,characteristics and design principles are presented and the validity and applicability are also verified on a 127-330 V input, 18.6 V/5 A output prototype.
